We are a group of licensed psychotherapists who provide high quality psychotherapy that seek to help people ultimately feel more in charge of their own lives. In our work, we value helping people feel more understood as they face challenges inside and outside of themselves while finding motivation to think and act in more expansive ways that invite more options for the life they want. Our approach endeavors to co-create safe spaces, with deep sensitivity to all the pieces that make up a person’s identity including culture, sexual orientation, race and religion.
