KAM Counseling

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Last Updated 2 days ago

Feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety, OCD, or self-doubt? I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, eating challenges and OCD. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy, I help clients build practical skills, develop resilience, and break free from patterns that keep them stuck so they can move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders (restrictive eating, ARFID), and obsessive-compulsive disorders. As a South Asian clinician, I believe in the importance of providing culturally sensitive evidence-based care to clients.
I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for those seeking reimbursement from insurance. The fastest way to reach me is via email.
