Mantra Mental Health Counseling

Welcome! Mantra Mental Health Counseling is a small, Massachusetts-based psychotherapy practice providing telehealth and in-person services in Newton Centre. Our office is a quick less-than-two-minute walk from the Newton Centre T-stop on the green line; there is also ample metered parking. We are in-network with many commercial insurance plans.

Our specialty areas include disordered eating, body image issues, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, and trauma. We are passionate about providing strengths-based care, practicing acceptance and self-compassion, supporting identity development, and exploring the impact of social media on self-esteem. We look forward to working with you to help identify and work toward your goals!
