Zyan Riggs

Zyan is a neurodiverse and nonbinary/transmasculine Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who is passionate about working with people ages 18+ who are struggling with substances. They also enjoy working with neurodiversity and/or queer identified people (or people exploring those identities). Zyan supports people in creatively problem solving, learning coping skills, building empowering authenticity, radically accepting being flawed humans, and recognizing how systems impact mental health.
Zyan takes an eclectic person-centered approach, which means that who you are, and the context you are existing in, take center stage. Zyan also brings in elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help build skills to address what struggles you may be facing.
