Hello, my name is Corinne Boulger and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working at Monroe therapy. I love working individuals who are going through major life transitions and walking alongside them as they navigate the unknown. I am excited about supporting my clients to live a life in alignment with their authentic self. Sometimes life stressors like depression, anxiety, or difficult relationships can make the path ahead seem daunting. In our work together you don't have to face these things alone.
College can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. You might be trying to balance school, work, relationships, family expectations, or your own mental health — often without much time to slow down. If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, disconnected, or unsure how to manage everything, you’re not alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can process what you’re going through, understand your stress, and learn practical tools to feel more centered and capable. My style is relatable and collaborative, and you can come exactly as you are. Sessions are virtual and easy to fit into a busy student schedule.
If you’re feeling tired of patterns that no longer serve you and ready to face what’s been holding you back, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where they want more than survival—they want clarity, peace, rest, and a healthier relationship with themselves/equipped to thrive in relationships with others. Therapy can be a space to move forward mindfully, let go of unhelpful coping strategies, and begin building a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and authentic. Therapy can also be a space where your faith based values can be honored to enrich your experience. I support women & teen girls navigating ADHD, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating—areas that often overlap more than people realize. Sessions are holistic (seeing you as a whole person), thoughtful and collaborative, focused on understanding root patterns while building insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for change. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. If what you’ve read resonates, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation through my website. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels like the right next step.

I am passionate about helping people find ways to live their lives more fully. I take a holistic approach to therapy - believing that the mind and body are interconnected and equally important parts in the journey of growth and integration. I blend somatic therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and mindfulness to help my clients connect to themselves more deeply and move towards a place of healing and self-compassion.

When you're struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, or depression, the idea of opening up and trusting another person can be HARD. I know that you've likely heard so many messages throughout your life about what you should do and who you should be, but I don't think that "shoulds" have a place in therapy. Who do you WANT to be? How do you WANT to feel? That is way more important than any shoulds, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you start to find answers to these questions over time. Together, we can unravel those expectations - what you've been told it means to be healthy or successful or fill in the blank - and get to the heart of what really matters to you and what you need. Being a human is messy, and as your therapist, I'll be right there in that space with you as a human first, therapist second. Let's explore what it means to be humans in a world that expects perfection (which doesn't exist!) and pushes you to grind until you're too burned out to do the things you actually want to do. Whether you realize it today or not, you deserve peace. I have many tools in my toolbox to support you, but to me the most important thing I can do is to provide you a safe space to explore your experience in its entirety at your own pace - to build a connection that is strong enough for you to know that I won't judge you or make you bad or wrong for how you are feeling or for using certain behaviors to cope. It's what you've known to do up to this point, so let's put our heads together and find the ways that this has made sense so we can look at it from a place of compassion instead of judgment. This is a shame-free space! I hold a special place in my heart for those who are working towards eating disorder recovery who feel like they aren't sick enough because their body size, race, sexuality, or gender identity don't match what they are seeing on social media under the eating disorder hashtags. All identities are welcome here, and no matter what your circumstances, your concerns are valid, you ARE sick enough, and you deserve compassionate, equitable care. If anything I've said here makes you think "I like her vibe," please don't hesitate to reach out. I would love to chat further about what it would look like for us to work together.
You are so tired of feeling worried all the time. You worry about what others think of you, if you are doing a good enough job at work, if something bad is going to happen to you…the list goes on. In your daily life, you are a high performer and on the outside everything looks fine; but on the inside, you feel trapped with your own thoughts, and like you can never relax. You CAN live the life you've always envisioned - feeling calm and present in your life, and exuding confidence. After overcoming an anxiety disorder through personal therapy myself, I know how debilitating it can feel to live life in this way. You don't have to continue living this way, and you don't have to keep trying to figure it out alone. I can help you. I offer a wide array of different techniques that allows me to tailor therapy to your specific goals and needs. You may be feeling marginalized or misunderstood by your church community and loved ones if your gender or sexuality don't fall into historically traditional norms. Or you might feel alone in your process if you are deconstructing your faith because there isn't a safe space to express doubts or ask faith-related questions. Or you might be feeling completely burned out in your ministry leadership role with nowhere to turn. If any of these scenarios describe you, you need a safe space to fully express all aspects of who you are and what you're experiencing in order to align with your values.
