I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist dedicated to helping individuals find balance and stability in their lives. With extensive experience in community mental health and a background as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I bring a unique blend of mindfulness and practical support to my practice. My approach is grounded in humanistic, attachment-based, and empowerment-focused principles. I advocate for justice and inclusivity, always striving to enhance the unique attributes of each person I work with. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, emotion regulation concerns, self-worth issues, mood disorders, substance use disorders, or are seeking harm reduction strategies, I offer a warm and capable presence to support you confidently and with a touch of humor. My therapeutic approach is rooted in understanding and meeting you where you are. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore and address your concerns together. I integrate mindfulness practices and a humanistic perspective to foster a deep connection and help you build resilience. Using techniques from my experience as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I also incorporate practices that enhance self-awareness and emotional balance. My goal is to challenge societal norms that may be impacting your well-being and to empower you through a relational, empathetic, and adaptive approach. In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools and insights tailored to your individual needs. My aim is to help you achieve a greater sense of comfort and stability in your life. You will have the opportunity to explore and address various aspects of your mental health, including self-worth, mood, and substance use. Through our work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of yourself, learn effective coping strategies, and experience increased confidence in navigating life's challenges. My supportive and humor-infused style will help create an environment where you feel valued, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress on your journey.

I have some ERP training for working with OCD, as well as executive functioning coaching experience for bringing the more practical day to day living skills into therapy. I believe that how we interact with others in the present often grew out of lessons learned earlier in life. Sometimes, people use strategies to cope with situations that once made sense but are no longer effective or useful. I also believe that everyone has strengths that can help guide decisions and behaviors in the present. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we become travelers on your journey; we look at concerns, explore their origins and feelings that arise, and discuss how to view and handle situations here and now. I blend developmental and clinical approaches to help individuals understand difficulties within the context of typical stages of life. Treatment is geared to individual needs, and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations (e.g., Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies). I work with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds, and I have a special interest in gender identity and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+). I have helped clients with concerns including, among several others, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Please visit my website for more information: www.everbreezepsych.com

It is good to have an unbiased person in your life, who can keep it respectfully real with you and provide a space to communicate your feelings. Every client is different and I will work to make sure I am providing the appropriate interventions for your growth. You have so much potential and it is okay if you seek out help, it is commendable as we do not have to navigate this life alone. I work with clients that are ready to address issues in relationships by addressing the thoughts and behaviors that play a role. Initial sessions look at patterns that impact communication, intimacy, and connection with self and others. We strive to lead with more of who you actually are and less of who you think you "should" be. I work with people who are ready to go deep — not just to feel better, but to understand themselves in a more integrated and compassionate way. Many of my clients are independent, driven, and thoughtful — and they’re longing for a space where they can be vulnerable without performing, fixing, or figuring it all out right away. This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shaped you, the parts of you that have been trying to protect you, and the deeper truths that are ready to be heard. I hold space for both your personal healing and the ways larger systems affect your I know that finding a therapist that is the "right fit" is most important and would be honored to begin exploring this possibility with you. I am dedicated to offering affirming care and am continually working to provide an LGBTQ+ informed space.

I've created an easily accessible coaching program for college-age girls so they can access support whenever they need it from wherever they are. Whether you are concerned about navigating academics? Social life? Roommates? Missing friends and family? (Most would check off all of the above), or are simply feeling overwhelmed, anxious and aren't sure where to turn and just need an impartial adult to help, college transition coaching may be the next "right" thing. I am a therapist and life coach and have specialized in working with girls and young women for over 25 years. I can help you to learn what motivates and inspires you so that you can learn how to achieve your goals and overcome any potential obstacles. I work virtually with girls all over the world.

Helping you feel comfortable and seen is my priority. I believe that true growth cannot happen outside of a warm, safe relationship. There is so much happening for college students and having a judgement-free space to slow down, unpack thoughts/feelings and gain clarity/awareness can lead to immense empowerment and growth for young adults. I work at my client's pace and help them feel seen/validated in their experience while collaboratively addressing the difficulties together. Celebrating any feeling of success, no matter how small, is crucial! Therapy is not all about the hard things, but also about noticing the good when we can so easily be weighed down by the struggles. Thanks for considering me and I look forward to connecting with you!

I work with adults (18+) who have difficulty managing their emotions and who struggle with depression, anxiety, impulsive behavior, thoughts of suicide and self-harm, interpersonal problems, or problems functioning at work or school. I provide evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients change ineffective behavioral patterns, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and accept difficult realities in order to build the lives they want. I see therapy as a collaboration between client and therapist to work towards their goals in treatment and in life. I specialize in DBT, a gold standard treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder and related problems with emotion regulation. I provide a range of DBT services for clients. I also use CBT to treat specific problems: panic, generalized anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I can tailor treatment interventions to meet clients' individual needs. Through my validating and nonjudgmental style, I am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment to help you reach your most desired goals. I currently offer services including comprehensive DBT, individual therapy (DBT, CBT) and individual DBT skills coaching and consultation. Please reach out if you are interested in finding out more about therapy with me.

I have worked with people of all backgrounds but I generally work with women and the LGBT community. I work with clients on self-esteem, body positivity, anxiety management, trauma symptoms, and relational issues. As a human and a provider, I am feminist, anti-racist, fat positive, sex positive, pro-science, pro-vaccine, and pro-LGBT. My approach is varied depending on the individual's history with treatment. For people new to therapy, it may be helpful to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT involves looking at thoughts patterns and behaviors that may be creating obstacles in your life and setting up appropriate coping skills to address those issues. For people who come to therapy for the purpose of processing trauma, a trauma-informed, relational approach is necessary. For people who are looking to gain understanding about how their past intersects with their present behaviors, insight oriented therapy would be the best approach. I am not a "Listen and Nod" therapist. I will actively listen, provide you with feedback and analysis, and be open with you about your diagnosis, prognosis, and any treatments indicated. With full transparency, I say that I am not a validation-only therapist. Some folks want a therapist who will listen and validate without providing feedback or analysis. That is not my style. I will, however, work with you to figure out exactly how you can benefit from therapy.

Much of my work focuses on supporting clients as they navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions. While I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, I have particular experience supporting Young Adults and Asian American clients, especially those balancing multicultural identities, family expectations, and cultural values. My therapeutic approach has been informed by work in emergency units, inpatient settings, and college campuses. I focus on meeting you where you are and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we identify goals that matter to you and explore patterns or concerns you’d like to understand more deeply or approach differently. I value open communication and believe growth often happens when we gently step into discomfort. I integrate evidence-based approaches while staying mindful of how your unique experiences have shaped your perspective and sense of self. Sessions are intentional and structured, with an emphasis on insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

I help clients navigate identity exploration, trauma, grief, relationship challenges (familial or intimate), and major life transitions—like adjusting to adulthood or stepping into a more authentic sense of self. These liminal, in-between stages can be tricky to navigate and are often marked by anxiety, depression, or a fragmented sense of self, leaving folks feeling emotionally untethered. While we must lead ourselves to authenticity, it can help to have a thoughtful, attuned guide who walks alongside us—offering new perspectives, practical coping skills, and questions that gently challenge deep-rooted assumptions. I enjoy working with young adults on the precipice of independence, older adults facing aging-related transitions, couples, and folks with marginalized or liminal (Biracial, Bicultural, nonbinary, genderqueer, etc.) identities. Together, we reduce fear, shame, and relational distress, while cultivating authenticity, inner wisdom, and emotional resilience. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and unfamiliar. If you're unsure whether we'd be a good fit, I'm happy to meet with you, answer any questions, and elaborate on my approach to therapy. You're not alone in taking this first step—and you don’t have to do it without support. I provide therapy through Intersect Clinical Services, a preferred provider for Boston-area students. We accept UHC StudentResources and Aetna Student Health with minimal or no out-of-pocket costs.
