Hello! My name is Kristina Serena, owner of Serena Counseling and Empowerment Resources. I work with women to identify and conquer fears, obsessions, or unhealthy patterns of living that have resulted in feeling powerless! SERVICES: TELE-HEALTH (ONLINE THERAPY) You may be experiencing the grip of anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, addiction, trauma, self-esteem/self-worth, body-image, disordered eating or ADHD Through exploration of your story you will learn to embrace self love and start to heal You will learn to tap into parts of yourself that are experiencing a flood of different emotions You will learn to establish healthy boundaries towards yourself and others to protect your energy You will learn Somatic techniques to address symptoms you are experiencing including grounding, breathwork, body awareness and body scanning Together we will explore through a holistic approach how to create a more balanced life IDENTIFYING AREAS OF FOCUS/PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR Over and over again I see women clutch to a certain set of rules surrounding their body, food, substances, parenting, friendships and the list goes on. This can be seen in many forms; excessive preoccupation, holding on the “idea” of perfectionism or distortion of reality. These patterns of thinking can leave you feeling stuck, on autopilot or frozen. It can be incredibly liberating to identify these patterns in a place of non-judgement HOLSTIC APPROACH: Learning to connect with your body and mind and listening to your needs is part of the holistic healing process Healing can have great impact on our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Together we can identify barriers to growth and foster change to live as your authentic self. There is no standard normal. Sometimes we have to dig deep and sometimes it's surface reflection. Each of us has a story and your story is powerful. CONTACT INFORMATION: Email: serenacounselingresources@gmail.com Phone: 508-501-7285 Please email or call to inquire about scheduling and obtain additional information.

Whether you are looking to start therapy with a clear vision or here to gain insight towards your hopes from therapy, you are in the right place. Together we will identify meaningful therapeutic goals, discuss evidence-based interventions and allow you the space to process and show up as you are each session. You set the pace; I bring structure, warmth, and tools you can use to move through obstacles with more confidence and ease.

Hi, I'm Kate Lipman (she/her). I hope we get the chance to connect. People I work with best often struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, and depression (among many other things). I love working with students as they navigate the sometimes rough waters of schooling and early adulthood. I hope our work together can be a steadying and calming force in the midst of those previously turbulent seas. Please reach out to me for a free 15-30 min phone call to see if we are a good fit!

As a licensed social worker, I specialize in helping individuals, both adolescents and adults, navigate the challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower my clients to manage their symptoms, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and to feel more comfortable with the inevitable discomfort and uncertainty that humans face daily. I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their struggles. I believe in a holistic approach that addresses not just symptoms, but the whole person. I also value open communication, so I encourage feedback throughout our work together to ensure we are on the right path. I am passionate about this work because I truly believe that with the right tools and support, everyone has the ability to live a value-based life. I love seeing my clients develop a better understanding of their strengths and learn to live with uncertainty. It is amazing to me how much bigger the world can seem when we are not constrained by our fears.

"When I discover who I am, I'll be free."-Ralph Ellison. I believe that many of the challenges that inhibit us from achieving our goals are related to the difficulty in knowing ourselves and how we can maximize our strengths in order to meet the challenges we face. I believe that no matter what your presenting issue, awareness of our own goals, values, and strengths are critical. It is my goal to help clients cultivate self-awareness in order to achieve their therapeutic goals. I am a clinical social worker who specializes in working with college-age students and young adults. Using a collaborative approach, I work with clients to develop a shared understanding of the goals and preferred outcomes for therapy. I draw on many theories including cognitive-behavioral therapy, liberation health, feminist, and multicultural theories. In working with clients I strive to address the personal, institutional, and cultural factors that might be affecting a client's presentation. If you have any questions for me, or think we may be a good fit, please reach out today. I prefer initial contact to be through email, however if you do call, please be sure to leave a detailed voicemail.

Chronic stress is not a requirement for success at work, at school or in relationships. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or isolated, and/or coping with unhealthy habits, regaining balance is possible. Even the healthiest individuals can struggle to maintain physical, mental, and emotional balance in our high-tech, high-stress culture. In a judgment-free and solution-focused environment, we will work together to help you find more life satisfaction and confidence. I use only evidence-based, reliable practices in a safe, comfortable environment to help you feel better about your life direction.

Hey Hey Hey! I’m Lenora Benson (She/Her/Hers), LICSW and I support black and ethnic minority women, in navigating the challenges and expectations imposed on them by the fallacy of the strong black women. I support all women in navigating the social expectations, stressors, and demands of being woman, as they intersect in all areas of racism, sexism, and patriarchism. I believe in the transformative power of therapy, because it has transformed me personally. As your therapist, I provide a safe, supportive, and judgement free space for you to explore your emotions, heal from past wounds, and journey from darkness to the light. My goals are to help those struggling with low self-esteem, people pleasing tendencies, and high-achieving perfectionism, dismantle the beliefs that keeps them stuck in patterns of behavior that leave them feeling like imposters; never good enough, never smart enough. Working with me will allow you to begin to make decisions for yourself that leave you feeling loved, worthy, and empowered.

I help people alleviate uncomfortable feelings, gain insight, and increase coping skills to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions (such as relocation, school, career transitions). Part of being human means that you will struggle at some point with unproductive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or unexpectedly have to manage something life throws your way. People I work with are motivated to develop skills to increase their self-confidence, communication, decision making and boundary setting skills. As well as optimize their emotional health/ well-being and are seeking tools to assist them in the process. I take an active and collaborative approach to help create tangible strategies to deal more effectively in the moment with difficult experiences and feelings. In addition to helping people alleviate current pain points, I assist in obtaining skills to develop a wellness practice that will be beneficial beyond sessions. My approach is person-centered and informed by evidence-based practices, including Lifestyle Medicine (nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and stress management), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and in control of their life.

A therapist is to honor and respect your individuality while creating a calm and safe space for you to express yourself openly and freely with no judgment. Your experience is unique, and I will treat it as such while intently listening to your story. You are the driver and expert of your own experiences, and the goal is to collaboratively approach your story with intentionality, sort through your challenges, explore strategies that best serve you, and prioritize your well-being.
