The clients who tend to do best with us are people who are looking for support that fits their individual needs while still allowing them to live at home and stay connected to their everyday lives. Many are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and are looking for guidance and structure to help them feel more stable. We provide weekly individual therapy, medication management, and a structured Intensive Outpatient Program, allowing clients to receive the level of care that best matches where they are. We work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, mood changes, trauma, stress, or difficulty coping with daily challenges. Our program is a good fit for people who are open to participating in therapy, learning practical coping skills, and working collaboratively with a treatment team. Clients do not need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to engage and take steps toward feeling better. If you or your family are looking for flexible, comprehensive mental health care that can grow and change with your needs, our program may be a good fit.

You want to make people happy, but you have to figure out how to feel happy yourself first. We understand this transition time in your life and how you are trying so hard to have healthy relationships, to be less worried or stressed, to feel successful, and to find happiness. You can do hard things, but you're tired, or wondering if things have to be this hard. You take care of yourself, but you still feel lonely or worried. People on the outside might say you're crushing it, but on the inside, sometimes you feel you're being crushed. You have big questions for which there may be no answers. I live in the same world you do, with its profound beauty and heartbreaking flaws. I strive to connect with my clients authentically, and sit with them as we contemplate difficult questions. If you are looking for a warm and collaborative space to process your emotions and maybe get some podcast recommendations along the way, we might be a good fit. Oh, and if the phrase “Highly Sensitive Person” means something to you (or feels like it should), I’ve got you. My clinical expertise is with the young adult population, having spent a decade working in institutions of higher education. My private practice clients are typically in the 18-40ish age range. At this time, my practice is fully online via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing. Please note, this modality is not suitable for everyone.

Through its clinical work, research involvement, and leadership in emerging modalities, Wholeness is helping to shape a more integrative, human-centered future for mental health.
At the heart of my work is respect for your agency, deep curiosity about your lived experience, and belief in your capacity for growth and change. I offer a steady, collaborative space where individuals, couples, friends, and families can slow down, reflect, and explore patterns shaping their relationships and inner lives. Therapy with me is not about labeling or judging, it's about understanding what's going on, making sense of it together, and opening up new possibilities. I value authenticity, compassion, and connection, and I work alongside clients to build insight and practical tools that support balance, resilience, and deeper relational connection. Feeling stuck often signals a transition rather than a failure, and together we can create space for clarity, empowerment, and what’s ready to emerge next.
You may feel like your emotions are too much or too big, but I am here to show you that they are not. You may have found yourself in repeating patterns that you can't seem to get out of. Old trauma and current pain may be holding you down. Maybe early on attachment figures didn't set you up for success when it comes to loving yourself, being a thriving adult/young adult, and having healthy relationships with those around you. You want to release the things that are holding you back so that you are better able to manage the stress of everyday life, and feel more secure and confident as you do it. Every part of you deserves to be loved, and by helping find your way through your emotions, I can help you come back into the most authentic version of yourself so that you can thrive. I love to work with women and nonbinary folks in the realms of trauma, relationships, body image, self esteem, and anxiety. If you think I may be a good fit for you, please reach out!
I help stressed out and anxious people of any gender to heal trauma, make work suck less, and get good at relationships. I’m an Denver LGBT therapist providing EMDR therapy with a decade of experience. I’m terrible at pop culture and I love puns. My goal for my clients is to have a sustainable life where you can thrive. I want you to feel like you can navigate what life throws at you, even if it’s hard. I’m deeply invested in finding out what works for you (vs. anyone else). I’m less likely to promote something as “healthy” in therapy and more likely to ask you how it’s working for you. I won’t look at you sideways when you drop your partner’s pronouns or ask me to use a new name for you. We’ll curse, cry, and probably (hopefully) laugh. We’ll be human together.
I've been practicing for 12+ years and in recent years have realized that I love working with individual women 15+yo, so I began catering my practice ONLY to this population! Please check out my website - I hope it will answer many of your questions, but please reach out to me by phone or email with any additional questions. Also, though you can book an appointment directly through my website and I try to keep those options updated, please contact me if you'd like to make an appointment but none of the times listed work for you. This has been an incredibly difficulty time dealing with world/US events in addition to school and life transitions and I'd be glad to help you navigate whatever areas of life are bringing you to counseling at this time.

Welcome! I know from my own experiences as well as the many clients I have worked with over the years that therapy is an important pathway towards growth and healing. We will create a space where you can be open, expressive, learn new ways of seeing yourself and the world, new ways to cope with the challenges of life, and create new paths to relationship. We work together to bring wholeness, connection and a rediscovery of your strength and purpose. I am sensitive to the parts of our selves that make us unique, which includes different expressions of gender, sexuality, culture, socio-economic status, ethnicity, race, political ideology, religion, LGTBQIA2S+ identity, and intersectionality. I use mindfulness, my own therapy and consultation to help me address bias that might come up in my work. I partner with clients with an orientation towards social justice, honoring difference and our own deep knowledge of ourselves and our needs.
