I'm passionate about working with college students who are finding life to be overwhelming and exhausting. Maybe you're heartbroken over loss, burdened with guilt, feeling you'll never be good enough, are scared, or at wits' end. Or maybe something happened to you, and it sticks with you giving you no rest. When we feel this way, we tend to isolate, berate ourselves, and spiral in our thinking or distract ourselves from these debilitating feelings. You're not alone. These feelings and responses are common, and there are evidence-based treatments to help you make sense of your concerns, take good care of yourself, and take your next steps. My main approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) while also building a warm, therapeutic relationship. I'm also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. That said, therapy is collaborative. You are the expert on yourself, and I will work with you to find the approach that best suits you. My goal is to help you not only feel better but to grow in ways that make a healthier life both possible and sustainable. Many people feel hesitant about starting therapy. Growth can be a challenging road—I hope to meet you on that road, and help with your journey.
I have worked with individuals with a wide range of ages - from adolescents to older adults, individuals involved in school and/or high stress jobs, and survivors of childhood, relationship, and experienced trauma. I firmly believe that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space, so I tailor my approach to what works and feels right for my client. This is a collaborative effort, and I will work with you on developing goals that will best suit your needs. I am a licensed mental health provider in both Massachusetts and Virginia. I belileve that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space. Every client is different and I take this into account when tailoring my approach. I utilize strength based approaches such as CBT, ACT, trauma informed care, DBT, and EFT to drive healing, growth, and understanding. I believe in meeting a client where they are at. Wherever that is, let's get started! I look forward to hearing from you. You can book with me via my website!

I am here for you, holding space for you, rooting for you, encouraging you, holding you accountable if needed, and empowering you. Do you or your partner have concerns about sexual issues including but not limited to; sexual desire/arousal, interests, orientation, impulsivity, compulsivity, erectile functioning, trouble reaching orgasm, painful intercourse, intimacy issues related to disability or chronic condition, or concerns regarding past unwanted sexual experiences? Hi, I'm Caily and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my Master's degree from Bridgewater State University (2020) after completing my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College (2017). I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. We’ll collaborate to define what you want to get out of therapy, and then break those goals into small, meaningful, and achievable steps. If you are interested in setting up an initial consult, please contact me via email or find me on Headway!
I specialize in anxiety, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder & college adjustment/ academic stress. My therapeutic approach is practical and flexible, grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and exposure therapy. I find that people often assume that they “should” know how to approach therapy. In reality, the process may not be quite so simple and may feel confusing. Thus, I frequently have conversations with my clients about how to use sessions and ongoing dialogues about our work together.
Deciding to try therapy takes courage and it is the first step on the journey inward. I specialize in person-centered therapy. I believe that a supportive therapeutic relationship with healthy communication is a vital step for helping someone change their life and their situation. Connection is key. Working together to find balance, solutions, relief, and skills for overall health and wellbeing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, peer relationship/marital issues, career issues, and those needing support during a difficult time in their lives. I am happy to work with you to explore what you may need to find your balance.
I offer therapy for adults, adolescents and children and specialize in concerns commonly experienced in college aged clients like: Depression and Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and Social Anxiety Disorder. The transition into college and the transition into life after college are among the more exciting and stressful times in anyone's life. Therapy offers a safe place to process and explore complex and often overwhelming feelings that are a normal part of navigating change in areas of life like relationships, careers and financial stress, self care, boundaries and coping with the increasing uncertainty that comes with young adulthood. I work collaboratively and actively from a strengths based, developmental perspective that meets you where you are without judgement and with hope. I am available to meet in person in my office or over secure, confidential video sessions and hold multiple state licenses which allows me to work with students not located in MA.
Dr. Sean Paul, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, and helping individuals navigate stressful or demanding periods of life. He brings a grounded, real-world understanding of resilience, emotional coping, and the challenges people face during and after difficult or overwhelming experiences. Over time, Dr. Paul’s private practice has expanded to serve individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their direction in life, not just those in formal high-stress professions. He works with adults navigating anxiety, the impact of past experiences, and major life transitions. He specializes in trauma-related concerns, combining clinical expertise with a practical understanding of how people adapt, cope, and rebuild after difficult events. Dr. Paul’s approach is collaborative and respectful, recognizing that clients are the experts in their own lives. He helps people clarify what matters most to them and take an active role in shaping their therapeutic goals, while providing professional guidance, structure, and steady support. His services include trauma-focused therapy for individuals impacted by difficult or distressing experiences, support for people in high-stress or high-responsibility roles including but not limited to veterans and first responders, treatment for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied with their current life direction, and collaborative, client-guided treatment planning that aligns therapy with each person’s values and goals.
We work best with students who feel deeply and think a lot. Many of the students we support are navigating major life changes, identity questions, relationship challenges, or the pressure to succeed while feeling like they are falling behind inside. If you have ever felt like you are carrying a lot beneath the surface or trying to make sense of big emotions and experiences, you are not alone. In therapy, we create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and build the tools to move through life with more self-awareness and confidence.
